Eeek! A full week since the last update. Sorry about that! But, in all honesty, you haven’t missed much. It’s been slow progress of late.
But progress IS progress, and this is what I can report:
- downstairs bathroom/laundry has been tiled (walls and floor)
- kitchen/breakfast table area floor has been tiled
- new window for the kitchen delivered
- more outdoor electrical work done (for air conditioning units)
- upstairs bathroom sealed and wall tiles applied…BUT….
We got home last night and were delighted to see tiles in the upstairs bathroom. However, there’d been a screw-up. Despite the darkness, we could see that the tiler had forgotten about the feature tile wall above the bath and, instead, had just fixed the normal wall tiles there. Called the builder to advise…the tiles have to come off again. 
Today we headed off to the kitchen place to discuss Caesar Stone colours, poly and melamine colours and upstairs storage door handles.
